Reaching Independence through Skills & Employment (RISE) is a ten-month employment skills-centred program for adults with developmental disabilities.

Participants will develop the necessary skills through in-class instruction and work experience practicums to prepare for the transition to competitive employment in the community.

RISE is recognized by the Government of Alberta as a Transitional Vocational Program.
