An Eight week psycho-educational peer support group. This group will help to prioritize assertively saying no and welcoming yes on your own terms. This group is for 18 years old or older Women identifying individuals who have experienced sexual violence.
This group is Free.
This group is facilitated by Miranda Hargreaves (BHSc) and Sam Ross (BAAJS).
This group runs on Wednesdays 6:00pm-8:00pm starting October 11, 2023 to November 29, 2023.
