This is a 10-week therapy group starting on March 7th and ends May 9th.
This 10-week counselling group is for individuals who identify as female, 18 or older and who have experienced relationship imbalance, disempowerment or abuse.
We will explore healthy relationship skills like how to set boundaries, communicate assertively, and lean to trust oneself and other.
This group invites women into a support and caring environment to nourish and empower oneself and one another.
