Seniors Community Services Partnership: Seniors System Navigators

The SCSP is made up of six organizations: Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization (LSCO), Canadian Mental Health Association, Alberta South Region (CMHA, ASR), Lethbridge Housing Authority (LHA), Nord-Bridge Seniors Association, Lethbridge Family Services – Counselling, Outreach and Education (LFS-COE) and Volunteer Lethbridge.

The Seniors System Navigators (SSN) respond to seniors 60+ in need by providing referrals and service navigation, case management or outreach support to residents of the City of Lethbridge. Our Navigators walk alongside clients through intake and referral processes, easing anxieties and eliminating barriers.

This is mandatory training for Tier 2 and Tier 3 System Navigators.
