This training is to introduce Tier 2 & 3 System Navigators to the concepts and components of the Lethbridge ICA System, focusing on foundational skills, common terminology used in the system, as well as the tools and resources are available.

For more information on the difference between the Tiers of System Navigators please see the System Navigator Tab of the Lethbridge ICA Website (www.lethbridgeica.ca) or reach out to determine which tier is right for you.

System Navigators only need to take the Tier training that the organization has identified, i.e. you don't need to take Tier 1 SN training before you take Tier 2 SN training.
